A burning fire

Jer 20:9 Then I said, I will not make mention of him, nor speak any more in his name. But his word was in mine heart as a burning fire shut up in my bones, and I was weary with forbearing, and I could not stay.

Mr. Visionary has been like this lately.  He is a pastor without a pulpit and I truly believe that that is one of the most miserable postitions for a man to be in.  Jeremiah tried to be quiet and he said it was as if he was on fire.  I am praying for Mr. Visionary to get a church soon.  He has missed preaching so very much.  I also miss ministering to people.

Today we are heading up north for him to pulpit supply.  I have to keep reminding myself that this is pulpit supply and not candidating.  If they like him it could lead into candidating. We will be having lunch with a family that has  5 boys and homeschools so it sounds as if we will get along well.  Please keep us in your prayers.  I really struggle with Mr. Visionary being out of the pulpit.  I desire so much for him to be back in it.  The children are the same.  They really miss listening to papa preach.  Well,  I need to get ready as it is a long trip up there.  The boys are excited as they have snow.

Have a blessed Lord's Day.
