I am going to attempt to tackle this one today. But for me it is going to require heading to the freezer to see what is in there. I want to plan this weeks meals around the freezer food.
I am also keeping a price book to see where is the cheapest place to buy items that we normally buy. I was surprised to find that the sausage that we buy is actually cheapest at Walmart. But checking prices it would be cheapest to buy ground turkey and to make the sausage myself.
So I am going to post my weekly menu later today.

I think keeping a price book is a great idea!
My mom used to plan her shopping around 3 different stores, saving meat and cold items for last.
