Stupid State Laws

We have a book here that has a compilation of these laws.  Makes for hilarious reading

Here are some of our favorite

Alabama~You may not have an ice cream cone in your back pocket

Connecticut ~It is illegal to walk backwards after sunset.

Idaho~A person may not be in public without a smile on their face.

Kentucky~A woman may not buy a hat without her husbands permission

Michigan~A woman may not cut her hair without her husbands permission.

North Carolina~All couples staying overnight in a hotel must have a room with double beds that are at least two feet apart (Say what!!!)

And my hubbies favorite one

In Joliet Ill a woman can be arrested for trying on more than six dresses in one store.
