Help with blog backgrounds

I love getting my backgrounds from the cutest blog on the block but lately they have been having trouble.  Theirs are the prettiest autumn ones I have seen but sadly I can not get them to work.  

So with my searching I found this site

But they do not tell me how to use their backgrounds.  Any help would be appreciated
